* CDA and 45 DCF Hours

 *Highly developed oral and written communication skills
*Ability to build relationships effectively and professionally with families and students
*Experience developing and implementing curriculum preferred
*Physical ability to handle frequent sitting, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and moving throughout the room
*Proven ability to maintain a safe and studious classroom environment
*Demonstrated ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum 

 *First aid and CPR certified, or willing to be trained

*Childcare experience preferred, but not required

*DCF 45 Hours or ability to obtain

*Ability to work with others and instruct small groups

*Flexible availability and the ability to work with multiple age groups

 *First aid and CPR certified, or willing to be trained

*Have certificate in food preparation, or willing to attend training

*Must have excellent people skills.
